Here are a few photos taken on Thanksgiving weekend of the MBTA's 2006-07 New Flyer D40LF's in service. 155 of these buses were received in the initial order, and 146 of these are assigned to the Charlestown garage and are providing virtually all off-peak service out of this facility.

Very nice.
These were taken on film, right? The destination signs' color seems a bit yellowish. |

Correct - it's Fuji Provia slide film. I've noticed that E-6 slide films (Fuji and Kodak's Ektachrome films) tend to render amber LED signs as yellow. |
