According to a report on the 11:00 PM news last night, a SKLYINER bus (appeared to be a Prevost) struck and killed a pedistrian in Chinatown yesterday morning. The bus had just begun its run from Chinatown to Atlantic City.

The driver was not charged since the woman had suddenly stopped and bent down to pick up something from the asphalt.

The passengers were kept on the bus for over three hours by the NYPD while the investigation took place. After being allowed to leave the bus the trip was cancelled.
