Based on the bus stops, here is the route:

Southbound:

-Board on Jackson Ave at 45th Ave, northbound side
-North on Jackson
-Left onto 44th Drive
-Left onto 21st Street
-Right onto Jackson Ave
-Left onto Puaski Bridge
-Once off bridge, onto McGuinness Blvd
-Right onto Greenpoint Ave (or right onto Freeman if Greenpoint Ave bus stop is at near corner)
-Left onto Manhattan Ave
-Right onto Driggs St
-Left onto Union Ave
-Union Ave turns unto Marcy Ave
-Right onto Dekalb Ave
-Left onto Ashland Place
-Right onto Lafayette Ave
-After crossing Flatbush Ave, continue on Schermerhorn St
-Right onto Jay Street to terminal layover at Fulton

Northbound
-Board on Jay st at Willoughby
-Right onto Tillary Street
-Right onto Flatbush Ave
-Left onto Lafayette Street (there is no left turn allowed here so I don't know if buses are allowed to do this or not)
-Continue on Lafayette
-Left onto Marcy Ave
-Marcy Ave turns into Union Ave
-After the Metropolitan Ave shuttle bus stop, buses might go on Meeker Ave (under the BQE), then left onto Manhattan Ave. Otherwise, an alternate route may be Union Ave to North 12th Street, make a right there and take North 12th to Bedford, make a right. Then Bedford Ave to Manhattan Ave, make a left
-Right onto Greenpoint Ave, the bus stop is one block east on Greenpoint
-Left onto McGuinness Blvd
-Go over Pulaski Bridge
-Depending on signal timing, take inside or outside lane while coming off bridge, both areas allow buses to make a right onto Jackson Ave
-Jackson Ave to terminal at 45th Road/Pearson St.

Anyone else who can correct me, feel free to add.
