The Kramden bus would have actually been 2969, but . . . yeah, I see that was gone. So it must've been scrapped some time in '66, then . . . the very year Gleason revived 'The Honeymooners" in a series of musical hour-long color sketches on his variety show.
As for 2629, I see it was one of the group of 1958-59 'protruding front sign' buses that would be situated at 132nd Street through 1970.
Also, as to the 1965-66 "ADV's" at 146th, how many would have, for example, on Fifth-Madison-Lenox 2's to 8th Street, run '2 5th & 7th AVENUES' on the side signs, proving they were made before 1966? I know a 1973 photo of a 5200 series but on the 2A route headed to 168th showed '2 MADISON AVE VIA 116 ST' on its side.
