Fellows......
Last evening, I got to thinking about this "mystery promotional" bus that I would often see on Broadway (near Wall Street) many years ago (1980s? Early 1990s?)
This bus caught my eye the first time I saw it; it was either a "TGH-3501" "or a "3502", one of those 1960s "baby" Old Looks, with the square windows used prior to 1948.
I remember the bus displaying advertising for some sort of new residential/condo complex; I also recall this "mystery" bus was indeed QUITE noisy (Your's Truly certainly didn't mind!)
Does anyone else here have a clue on this bus?
Appreciate info.......

| Haven't seen it in "Noo Yawk City," but it's evident how durable that design was. |

W.B.:
I know that I am not the only "Noo Yawk"-area bus enthusiast who noticed this "promo" bus, so long ago (hopefully, someone else here will be able to shed some light on this interesting "mystery" bus)
I've long wondered why NOT ONE of the old Hudson County "iindies" never purchased any of these "new Old Looks"; they went straight to Fishbowls, with no in-between, beginning around late 1966/1967.............

.....obviously, from what I can remember about this bus (so long ago, now), some major developer was using to call attention to some sort of new residential complex.
Never got a chance to take any photos........

Just recalled..........
Back in 1979, I took a series of photos at the old Willow Avenue bus yard in Hoboken; several "new Old Looks" were also on hand, sporting metal "SCHOOL BUS" signs, and looking very well maintained..........
