On Friday August 31st, Centro will be in for quite a test. A full weekday schedule. State Fair shuttles all day long. And a Carrier Dome parking shuttle operation involving dozens of buses beginning at 6:00 p.m. for Syracuse University's season-opening football game. Anything and everything that runs will be on the street that day.
