Talk about DIVERSITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shocked Shocked

Man, imagine going back in time to experience such timeless, well-remembered scenes!! Very Happy

Just barely visible under the ramps you can just make out a GM New Look with its engine hatch raised (this rush hour scene dates back to 1981; just look at how many old companies are represented here!)

Man, I guess things HAVE indeed changed since my last PABT "visit" (via the #159R, early 2000's, when I retired)

Wishing you ALL THE BEST........a HAPPY and HEALTHY retirement to you! Very Happy

The PABT I truly loved was back in the 60's (especially the early 60's); then, you not only had New Looks, but also Old Looks, MACKS, WHITES, and BRILLS.

ORANGE & BLACK, PUBLIC SERVICE, MANHATTAN LINES, INTER-CITY, LINCOLN TRANSIT, SUBURBAN, RED & TAN..........man, what color and diversity, never again to be duplicated!

In NJT's early years, I remember not only New Looks, but PD-4104's, PD-4106's, among others....used to be much diversity on what is today's #159R (old O&B River Road Express)!

Today, the PABT is more like an airport-cum-shopping mall that the bus terminal I remember.....really does nothing to get me excited.

Too, the way the world is today, I am VERY happy to stay quietly at home, and enjoy my own person "transit museum"! Wink

I'd even be happy to go back to the early 80's and make some "home movies" during rush hours....ahh, perchance to dream...(!!) Rolling Eyes
