Before the PABT was built Jersey buses had several terminal throughout the midtown area. Here is the Times Square Terminal

Great find, thanks for posting it!
I very well remember that faded sign on the building on W41st Street...
It lasted well into the 70's or even 80's.
All American became American Buslines, which bought Burlington Trailways post WWII, and later was purchased by Continental Trailways.
Quaker City Bus Co. was purchased by Safeway Trails, itself later purchased by Continental Trailways....funny, I didn't know Quaker City ran into New England...that was TNE, Trailways of New England territory.
The last remaining independent terminal, outside of the Port Authority, was the Consolidated Bus Terminal, located at the NW corner of W. 41st Street, and 7th Avenue. Walter's Transit, was the primary user of it, not recalling who else....
