In this scene we see not only three different bus manufacturers on Flagler Street but three different operators.
The Southern Coach is working for Coast City Coaches; The GM TDH-4509 belongs to Miami Beach Railway and the Mack C-50, originally NYC BoT, is working for Miami Transit

The first 25 TDH-4509s (serial numbers 0002-0026; fleet numbers 300-324; January 1949) were ordered by Miami Beach Railway. Here are three samples from that order, Note the lack of Thermo-Magntic equipment. Compare this view with first photo. You will notice that as delivered the buses lacked the window safety bars.
By 1959 they were no longer on the property, It is speculated they wound up in Havana, Cuba.
By the way, serial number 0001 was a demo that went to UpJohn Company in September 1949
