Gentlemen:
Not long before I retired in early 2003, I remember NJT beginning to retire the old VOLVO artics (I think I rode the first Neoplan in late 2002, on the #159R)
As these buses the Neoplans( would be about 14 years old today, I am curious to know if NJT is starting to look at the buses in terms of retirement.
I would also guess that their replacements will also be articulateds
Those based at the Fairview garage (ex-Orange & Black) are 9600's, with a few "low" 9500's stabled there as well)
Any idea(s) as to when the Neoplans might be retired, and what make might replace them at some future time?
I appreciate any info.......thanks in advance......

I think the New Flyer articulated is a good bet. |
