The best advice on there is to stop and stretch. When I drove charter several years ago, I would get groups that said they want to go straight through to their destination with no stops.
About half way I would pull into a rest area. Used the excuse that I had to make a bathroom stop and I can't very well use the one on the bus while I'm driving.

This gave me a couple of minutes to loosen up a bit. Funny thing is that almost all the passengers got off to stretch with several telling me that they were hoping that I would make a stop along the way.

that means having the right seat.
