Google search shows that he resides in Sherman Oaks, California in the LA area at 13601 Ventura Blvd. However, Google images shows this to be part of a block long single story stores with said address being a corner barber shop.

A Google search for that address suggests that, unless Mr. L is living in the barber shop with LeVar Burton, it may also be a vanity address for people in the film industry.

Could be that Mr. L owns the property through his corporation

All,

We need to stop the search. Mr. Linsky is alive and well. Confirmed by myself in face to face contact with family members. Mr. L said he misses us as much as we miss him. Mr. L hopes to rejoin us real soon.

Let's wish him all the best during this time.

This is great news! For whatever reason Mr. L decided to temporary leave should be strictly personal and no explanation is owned us. We're just glad to have him back. It goes to prove how easy it is to take people for granted and you never know who you miss until they're no longer here. When you think about it, comments outside of Mr. L have just about ceased and new threads are almost non-existent.

Have a wonderful birthday Mr. L and we wish you many many more to come.

Frankie

Knowing what I know, and it will stay that way, I can go to bed tonight with one less item pounding away on my mind. And at the same time, I will go to bed GRATEFUL to the people who brought us some piece of mine. While I was totally uncomfortable in the beginning, I was treated extremely nice, well beyond any outcome I could imagine.

If I may say so, the great amount of concern and energy displayed by the BTN community regarding the welfare and whereabouts of Mr. L really shows what sets this board apart from so many other discussion boards.
You just don't see this level of compassion everywhere, do you??
Makes ya proud, no??
