My N scale model railroad contains a large city. It desperately needs more buses on the street. Since I model the present day, about the only buses offered in 1: 160 scale are Macks and old look GM's which do not fit my era.

So I figured since I needed 20 or so I'd make a pattern and cast my own. Since the test casting came out pretty well I'll add them to my product line of cast buildings.

Here are a couple of shots of the test casting after being painted for the fictional New Essen Area Transit authority (NEAT), serving my fictional city of New Essen, PA.
This works out to be about 2 3/4 inches long by about 3/4 of an inch high.

If you can't buy 'em, then make 'em!

Great models! Suburb job.

Looking forward to see the other 19, perhaps maybe idling in their own bus yard.
