Here we have what is probably the most interesting vehicle ever conjured up by the shops of any bus company!
Known as 'The Spirit of CTA' and signed for 'Bus Shops', this little go kart with a likeness of a Flxible New Look front end is presumed to have been built by the clever mechanics at the Chicago Transit Authority probably to move supervisory personnel and parts around a huge facility.
OR; maybe it was originally built as a custom golf cart for the authority's CEO! (that would have really been cute on a golf course!).

I've never seen that one! It wasn't the last "mini-bus" CTA built; here are Flxible Metro, New Flyer D40LF, and Nova LFS versions in 2005:
