The Town of Huntington after nearly 35 years of providing service in the same general areas is proposing changes to their HART Bus routes. More details can be seen here: http://huntingtonny.gov/hart_bus.cfm
At first glance it appears the routes will be more streamlined and straight forward, but time will tell if they need to make alterations. Sadly though, nothing regarding Sunday service on these routes.

Starting Wednesday January 2nd HART will have new bus routes for the first time in 35 years. See here: http://huntingtonny.gov/permit_pics/1463.pdf Also the fare and transfer rate will go up to match Suffolk County Transit, $2.00 for bus fare up from $1.25 and transfers cost 25? up from 10?.
