| It's been about 7 years since MTA bus took over the former private operators. I know that most of the bus fleet has been replaced since the takeover, but I was wondering how many ex-NYCDOT buses were still active? I'm guessing everything's gone except possibly the Orions. |

Correct - just the remaining Orion V's and the five ex-New York Bus Service MCI D4500 cruisers. The Classics and RTS's have all been retired. |

| Oh yes, the NYCS MCI's. THey showed up towards the end as I recall. Are the diesel Orions that used to be at Green still around? |

| There are still a few of those diesel Orions in service, but they are to be retired soon. |

| aa O5 diesels are retired. all O5 CNG to be retired by january 2013. all MCI D4500s are still active |

| Only three Orion V CNGs remain along with the 6 2002 MCI D4500s. |
