Another explanation is that there was lease between Adelweth and Fuocco. HJ would have to pay rent until the end of the lease, so if that was the case, might as well use the slots if you're paying for them. |

I think you mean Adelweth and The Blue Line
That could have been the case and that makes the most sense, if The Blue Line had nothing to do with Adelweth
On a side note Fuoco (If thats how you spell the name) had two yards, one in East Patchouge on South Country Road, the site is now a Auto Repair shop, and one on Arthur Avenue in Brookhaven. The Brookhaven site was taken over by Laidlaw/First Student when they had the South Country School District contract, I'm not sure if they still have the yard since they lost the contract.
Also Fuoco drivers were with the same union as Suffolk Transportation Service/Suffolk Bus Corp and MTA Long Island Bus |
