The question hit me on the way home tonight. Who is responsible for scheduling of buses.
Who determines how many runs are needed on a particular route and what the departure/arrival times are?
Who has the power to modify the runs and times if the passenger traffic demands it?
Is it the contract carrier? Or is it the CC in collaboration with the County or solely the county? |
