It seems as though all bus operation halts at lunch time in the tiny city of Kingston, New York (the second capital of the state with the first being Manhattan and the present being Albany).

In tooling the area, I found no less than three Kingston City Buses parked in a lot near an eatery at the edge of town.

On the same tour, I spotted a Pine Hill Trailways coach loading passengers for New York City on a $36 special at their terminal also located in the same area.

Enjoy!

Thanks for the excellent photos from Kingston! I believe that when riding the southbound Thruway almost to Kingston, one sees a large Pine Hill or Adirondack garage or yard on the right.

Forgot about this MCI that I found languishing in a lot along Route 28 only a block or so from the Thruway.

It seems to be a decommissioned MC-9 and, while its DOT numbers have been removed, it still displays several state permit stickers and a city of origin along a bottom panel which is illegible (I should have taken better notes!).

Also, other than a dent in one of the door leaves, it's in pretty good shape.

Anybody recognize the livery?

Enjoy!
