Excerpted from several news sources April 23rd. 2009.

A fully loaded commuter bus caught fire on U.S. Highway 101 in Calabasas, California early this morning with 27 of its passengers being treated for smoke inhalation at the scene.

The D.O.T. Commuter Express coach was heading north and was about a dozen miles from Los Angeles when the fire broke out in the engine compartment and quickly spread through its rear section.

The fire, which began to ignite close by vegitation, was quickly extinguished by rapidly responding firemen.
