Each year, as a result of some horsetrading, I receive a package of timetables from Down Under (Australia) and some of their timetable formats used are most interesting and more colorful.Sydney Buses, in addition to timetables covering 2 or more routes, issues them in booklet format featuring a photo of a different driver for each timetable cover. With the packages my Australian trading partner assembles, there is a nice variety of operators and timetable formats. Other carriers include Crisp's Coaches (intercity), Mcafferty-Greyhound,TransLink, and Brisbane Bus Lines, to name a few. Take a look at the equipment that they operate down there. It, too, has its own interesting story to tell. |
