Not this trip although I do owe Joe DeMay a long overdue visit.

My daughter picked us up at JFK and we spent the night at her apartment in Brooklyn and then proceeded to the other Red Hook which is outside Kingston where she has this little 300 year old gate house with walk-in fireplaces - you actually feel as though a Pilgrim is going to walk in the door at any moment!

Other than killing a deer on a side trip to Pittsfield, we had a great time.

We have to be back in March at which time I will get to K.G.
