I spotted what I'm assuming is the first delivered LIB Orion VII this morning around 7:30. Got stuck behind it for a few blocks and grabbed some details. Sorry, no pic. Bus was fully marked MTA Long Island Bus and was wearing [unfortunately] the MTA solid blue stripe/white back scheme. It was a phase 2 model Orion VII (I dunno what else to call it, the more rounded off version). Was powered by CNG. Bus was numbered 1700 and was on a revenue run, route N65 (Glen Curtis/Kellenberg school bus).

Again, sorry I don't have a pic but I didn't have a camera on hand. If I find it again I'll try to grab a shot.

Until then, just look at that an imagine it says 'Long Island' in front of "Bus".

Thing was clean as a whistle. Certainly woke me up this mornin'. Smile

EDIT: Found some pics, they are not mine. Apparently 1700's been around for a few days.

1700 is part of an order of 60 buses with an option of 40 more.
