I call this series 'Trolley Bus Of The Month' which will feature both Trolley Cars and Trolley Buses from the days of yore periodically.
Pictured below in a photo from the very early thirties is fleet number 301 operating for the Salt Lake City Lines Division of the Utah Light and Traction Company.
Note that the car, which was built by the Cincinnati-Versare Car Company, sports dual rear axles which were common place on early trolley bus models.
The manufacturer was also a pioneer in the development of dual power operation also known as 'All Service Vehicle' in which a gasoline or Diesel engine was used as auxiliary in the event of electrical failure.
The double set of poles on the roof acted as positive and negative carriers.
