A week ago I visited Fifth Avenue and was surprised to see two examples like 9387. What model is this? How many is the MTA buying? Where are they assigned?
Thanks for great photos. Joe |

Great collection of photos, nycbusfan! I enjoy seeing the buses and sights of New York. Whose buses are those old Orions near the bottom? |

That bus is a Prevost X3-45 that the MTA is curently testing. The bus is now running out of the Yonkers bus depot. |

Thanks, I'm glad that you enjoyed the photos. Those buses are owned by Monroe Bus Service. They operate between 5th Ave. and 47th Street in Manhattan and 18th Ave. and 50th Street in Brooklyn. This company also operate service to Williamsburg using early 1980's MCI MC-9's. |

The double-deck bus is really interesting. I like it! |
