Do Long Island Bus Orion V Diesels and Beeline's remaining flxibles fall under EPA regulation?

They definitely don't, as the EPA's basically outlawed two-stroke engines in public buses. I think that since Bee-Line and LIB are not exactly 'private', they must adhere to the two-stroke ban and retire the buses except for reserve service (as they're good in the snow)
