turn selected IRT 1 trains at 137 street to generate a train to fill unscheduled gaps in servce---five morning peak NB Trains affected ----this was a pilot project previously
IRT 7
operate all midday as locals to preserve service regularity allowing for a consolidated Maintenance program that is necessary to protect service at all times of the day---1030 AM to 3 PM
IRT 6
adjust late morning shoulder 6 express servcie to reduce delays in northbound 6 Trains -930 AM to 1045 AM |
