It is my sad duty to report that earlier this week, Joseph A Roth, a 17 year member of the museum passed away from a heart attack. Funeral arrangements are incomplete as of this writing, but they are being handled by a funeral parlor in Corona, Queens, New York.

Yesterday we got word that former President Don Engel passed away yesteerday AM. Details are also scarce. Don had been in a rehab center in NJ recovering from a broken hip.

May they both rest in peace

Condolences to both of their families. Joe was one of my instructors during operator's training; he was a very smart and funny person. Don, I believe, was a founding member and served as President for many years.

Both will be remembered for their decades of service and will be missed.

Here are the funeral arragements for both members

1 - Engel - Wake is today (Tuesday) 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM with the funeral service at 8 PM tonight at the Boylan Funeral Home at 10 Wooding Avenue in Edison, NJ. Cremation to be private

3 - Roth - Wake is tomorrow and Thursday from 4 - 9 PM at Rivera Funeral Home 104-02 37th Avenue, Corona, Queens, NY. Funeral and burial is scheduled for Friday (no details at this time)
