Those of you who are interested in MTA patches might want to check out the following e-store:
www.pinspatchesandmore.com
This vendor also has an eBay store.
On page 19 of their online catalog, you'll find a number of different types of MTA patches (including old school 2-tone "M Transit" patches and a very nicely embroidered MTA RTS-06 patch).
They also have "Team Transit" patches (bus & subway embroidery) and Amsterdam Depot patches (these are vintage-style, since they say "Manhattan Division" on them).
All are iron-ons, so they easily can be affixed to jackets, shirts, sweaters, hats, etc.
I just bought some, and they are nicely done.
I look at it this way: we wear many other kinds of logos on our attire (e.g. Nike swooshes, Mets or Yankees emblems, etc.), so why not show some support our favorite transportation provider? |
