Very sad news indeed. I'm seriously considering coming down for the wake but I don't think I'm going to make it. |

My wife and I, along with 5 other members of BERA (Shoreline Trolley Museum) attended the 2-4 session of the wake.
I told Thurston that I had posted the info on this and several other transit boards that I know. I said that when is up to it, he should read the boards to see how many people (some haven't posted in a long time) have put up messages. He will be comforted by that. |

Sad news indeed!
This is the one and only heart wrenching part of belonging to these boards, but it is an integral part of life that we must endure.
As strange as it may seem, the loss of a good friend brings us all closer together and that's a consolation.
To Mr. RT and his family I wish to convey my sincerest condolences.
God be with you.
Mr. Linsky |

Thanks to everyone for the kind words.
This week-end I'm attending the 1st birthday party for my youngest grandson.
In August my other son has talked me into going to see Mickey Mouse with his family.
Meanwhile The Point has started their begging for week-day Summer operators. I'm going to take the required physical (in CT because they cross a public road)
Life goes on ....... |
