Indeed, a classic "squeaker", but the Mets actually WON tonight's game against the "Rayz"! Very Happy

As for the "Boulevardiers", they'll be plauing against the "Ayn--jels" in a few moments.....

Again, it's like a seesaw . . . which team wins and which one loses clearly differs by day.

Moreover, here's the kicker: The "Boulevardiers" were "moiderlized" by a team that's tied with the "Ay's" for the worst record* in the American League (53-85).

* In the National League, that now belongs to the Rockies (52-86).

Indeed, with the "Noo Yawl" teams, the past few seasons, we have seen the "seesaw syndrome" become more and more the norm....who can explain why?

And the seesaw swings again: The Mets were CLOBBERED by the "Rayz" in Tampa Bay. This before the "Boulevardiers" play against the "Ayn-jels" out on the Coast.

He'd intone:

"OUT OF THIS WORRLLLLLLLD", much like the intro voice to the old "Chiller Theatre", way back in the day! Wink

And, HEAVEN FORBOD those arrofant "Boulevardiers" lose TWO games in a row...... Razz

The "Boulevardiers" walloped the dead-last "Ayn-jels" (who now officially have the "woist" record in baseball, exceeding the "Ay's" and Rockies). But that the Mets won earlier, once again puts the insufferable, swollen-headed "AYF's" in a box.

Whatever happens with the "Boulevardiers" tonight, rest assured "AYF's" are stymied once again, as the Mets won decisively against the Giants this evening, leading to many contented cows - er, Mets faithful filing out of Citi Field onto the #7 train.
