The Kansas City Railway Company operated eighteen open top double deck buses numbered 301 to 318. They were manufactured by Six-Wheel model 66 and had St. Louis Car Company built bodies.

The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority had forty Flxible 35 foot buses, thirty GM T6H-4521A and one hundred AM General model 10240-8 all with bat wings.
