Well, just "hoid" on 1010 WINS that doze arrogant "YINOS" ("Yankees In Name Only) won, while the Mets lost. Sad

Something is telling me that the Amazins' are in for a "less-than-" impressive" 2026 season, while the ever-seething arrogance level of doze ever-egotistical "YINOs" is going to soar to new heights. Sad

At this point tonight, the AINO's ("Amazin's" in name only) are losing to "da Giants" in "MUNI" territory. Hence "AYF's" especially have the long knives out.

Well, of course, the "YINOs" won their home opener BIG TIME up in "da Bronx", which, of course, translates into their ever-rabid "AYFs" going for the jugular of any and all Mets fans. Sad

Your's truly has sinking feeling that the Mets are in for a long and disappointing 2026 season........ Sad

Looks like the "Amazins' " did something REALLY amazing last evening.....they not only WON (for a change!) but also CLOBBERED the Giants!!!!!!! Shocked

Too bad they can't keep up this momentum! (I don't think the "AYF" brigade were all too happy, hearing that the Mets FINALLY snapped their losing streak! Rolling Eyes

FINALLY, our ol'pal "Mr. Met" has a REASON to SMILE! Very Happy

Well, the "YINOs" won AGAIN (as if their over-inflated egos aren't overblown enough!), BUT........BUT......the "Amazins'" TOTALLY SHUT OuT the Giants (9-0!!) Shocked

At least the "AYF" brigade can't make snide remarks (as usual) about a "soitan" team from Queens (too bad the Mets can't play EVERY game like this!!!! Shocked
