VERY NICE, INDEED, MY FRIEND!! (as always!)
How well I recall the Old Looks (and the ACF-BRILL C-44s) on the long-defunct #22, when Mom and I would ride out (60-odd years ago!) to visit my aunt, uncle, and cousins who then lived in West Orange (we got off in Verona, on Bloomfield Avenue)
In that Old Look photo*, notice the classic PSNJ "BUS STATION" sign! (I grew up with these signs, and have two in my collection!)
Again, THANK YOU for sharing these nostalgic photos of REAL buses!!
*Also, in the Old Look photo, note the PS trolley wires overhead; these wires were most likely for the "#29" subway-surface car line, via the City Subway, which was converted to buses in 1952)
