These most excellent photos bring back fond memories of my 1979 trip to Honolulu when AM Generals and GMC and Flxible fishwbowls held sway. Yes, I remember those quicky 15 minute rain showers, too, lol. Got drenched by one while waiting for a bus on Ala Moana Boulevard. Wish I had my soap and shampoo with me, lol. Paint schemes on some of buses aren't bad either. Excellent, professional quality photos.

Thanks guys. TheBUS seems to be very much into New Flyer and Gillig these days. I saw just 2 of the RTS. I think they are used only during rush hours and both that I saw had DD 6V-92TA engines. It appears that TheBUS decided to replace their brown/tan/white colors with the rainbow colors, but had a change of heart and went back to the original colors.

Cyberider, I agree, there is plenty of variety.
