Check out this link for operator's manuals for Freightliner, Sterling, and Western Star trucks, plus Thomas school buses:
https://secure.freightliner.com/newbulletins/techmanuals/internetdocs/DMMM_manuals.asp
BT regulars may know that I collect bus & truck operator's manuals, and I can tell you from experience that Freightliner manuals are among the most comprehensive you can get.
If you've ever wanted to know how to shift an 18-speed Fuller Roadranger tranny, you can find that info at this site.
The Thomas Saf-T-Liner manual is interesting to see; seems to be a fairly high-tech bus.
Unfortunately, there are no links yet at this site for either Orion or Setra bus operator's manuals. (I honestly would be surprised to see Orion manuals online from the OEM, as most contemporary transit bus manuals are custom-prepared and are carrier-specific.)
If any of you folks are interested, I can direct you to online links for Peterbilt and Volvo truck manuals as well.
Enjoy! |

Hey, Bob, shifting gears has always been the most interesting aspect of driving for me since I was a little kid watching my Dad shift.
Thanks for the link!
