I found this out behind the University of Michigan's Transportation Research Institute in Ann Arbor, Mich. From what I'm told, it's here while UMTRI, OC Transpo (Ottawa) and New Flyer work on improving the steering design. Supposedly, vibration and steering cut are two main criticisms. We'll see what they do....
