I found this on Flikr - the Recycled House, in Rokugo, Japan. The house is made almost entirely of recycled materials, including glass-block windows made from Jack Daniels bottles, bay windows that used to be aerial tram cars, and the bus-walls shown below. It's also used as a set for the popular television show From the Northern Country.

The front of the bus might be better suited to being a bathroom wall; you could use the mirrors to shave!

Be funny to walk into a gas station and ask for a set of new wiper blades for your livingroom window - the mechanic might look at you like you're crazy.

But the whole thing is a great idea and really looks neat.

Be nice if the bus was operational and you could just scoot away for vacations (you'd actually be at home away from home - very convenient!).

What are they going to think up next?

Also convenient to make a quick getaway when the annoying relatives, who don't take no for an answer, tell you they're coming right over.
