Yesterday I saw two new additions to the Monsey Trails fleet. Bus 904 which is a 1995 MCI D4000 has replaced the previous 904 an MCI A series. I also saw bus 928 a 1996 MCI D4000 which appears to have had a front and rear destination sign which leads me to believe that the bus was originally operated by a Transit Authority. I have also realized that Monsey numbers all 40 foot buses with a 3 digit number and all 45 foot buses with a 4 digit number.

Monsey now has a few more D4000's numbered 927, 929-930. I also visited their garage in Monsey. When I was there I saw buses 605, 609, B616, 626, 930, 9911 and 9916 ready for service. The following buses are retired 611, 612, B617 and 705. There was also a red Prevost in the yard as well as two blue MCI's.

Monsey has recently purchased at least two more 45 foot MCI D series coaches. I spotted both 7715 and 7704 recently. Both are owned by Monsey and appear to be purchased used. Bus 7707 has also been repainted into the standard monsey paint scheme.

Monsey Trails has added some more D series buses numbered 7704-7706 and 7714. also 7707 and 7708 are not repainted and have a wrap on them as well as almost all the buses that weren't in the standard monsey paint scheme.

I believe they might have bought some buses from GO Transit as well. Unless I'm thinking of Monroe.
