Hello All:
I'm curating an exhibition on industrial designer Wilbur Henry Adams for the Erie Art Museum in Erie, PA. The family holds a number of drawings he made of Twin Coach busses and a smaller vehicle dubbed the Fageoliner. Family lore--and photographic evidence--supports that Adams was behind the iconic look of the Divco milk truck, which led to his work with Twin Coach.
I'm hoping that someone knows whether or not any of Adams' designs went into production. Is there any kind of extant Twin Coach archive? All I have to go on are the drawings so far, but I'd love evidence to support his work with the company.
Thank you for any insights.
