I think you may have misread the table. I think that they are talking about $, not 6,191 buses. |

Agreed with Hart Bus, it's $ in millions, but, if you go to page 37 of the document, 7008 buses are to be purchased by 2034.
"Overall, 4290 standard, 2060 articulated and 658 express buses will be purchased by 2034." |

I suppose that grand total would be spread out mainly over 3 builders: NF, Nova and Prevost (maybe 4 if there are any new cruiser orders placed with MCI). |
