Great shots, NYO!
I remember when, for a brief period, Red Arrow Lines, ran buses from there to the Port Authority Bus Terminal's Gate 39 (now gone), in New York City...
I don't know all the history of it, but apparently they had a route to the Cherry Hill, NJ area via NJ-70, and they extended it to New York by purchasing Bridgeton Transit, which had a route from New York to Bridgeton. They had a park and ride at Exit 5, Mount Holly, and from there ran nonstop up the Turnpike. Later on the company became Garden State Coachways, but gave up running thru service to Philly... |
