Does anyone know why #317 and #581 to #610 were retired back in Fall 2010 without replacements? This was almost a year before the 2011-2013 C40LFs arrived.

Was it the tanks that expired? I doubt it, because they all got new CNG tanks back in 2003, so they should of lasted until next year (2015).

I know that #585 retired early due to a damaged frame.
