They don't come much closer than this!;

It's a freezing cold mid January day in 1950 along an ice covered road in Schenectady, New York as we see the result of a slide by a bus after crashing through an overpass railing and miraculously being saved from falling to a ravine below by what had to have been a pretty mighty oak tree.

The bus, fleet# 246 - a 1948 32 passenger GM Coach Model TGH 3207 and one of six likenesses numbered 241 to 246 was operating for the Schenectady Railway Company.

Amazingly, the coach suffered only minor damage and all passenger exited via the emergency door uninjured.
