What do everyone think of this? I think it's the New Haven Police fault. I don't know if he had is sirens on but no emergency lights were on. Hmmm.

Not too sure about that. I just went through the video on stop/motion and it appears that the lights were on but are hard to see on the video due to the poor focus and the angle it captured.
