Friends:
I have been away from the board the past several days, and will not be posting for awhile.
Last Saturday, we had to rush my 95 year old Mom to the hospital; she was suffering from several very serious problems, and for a time, it did not seem as though she was going to live through Sunday.
Thank God, this strong woman beat all the odds, and did survive, and is now recovering in a rehab center (she had been in the hospital for several days); with luck, she will be home in a week or two.
This wonderful and loving woman indulged every and all bus interests of mine, long before I started school.
She is a brave, caring, loving woman, and, if you can spare a moment or two, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you, all.....

Thank you, my friends!
Just spoke to Mom on the phone.....to hear her voice, you'd think she NEVER was sick!
She also completed the ENTIRE physical therapy program today (her first) without a hitch!
And, if all continues to go well, she should be home within the next two weeks!
Now THAT is VERY good news!
Greatly appreciate your prayers, thoughts, and concern at this time......

All:
Latest on Mom:
Appetite good, got out of bed herself this morning (with therapist at her side), longer period of therapy, which, again, she completed with no problem.
Heart doctor again examined her, and was much pleased to find no damage to her heart.
God willing, this wonderful, strong woman will be home again before not too long!
Please continue to keep her in your prayers.....thank you!
