I don't see NTD replacing any buses soon, though. They just got their new buses in like 2005-2006 and they usually don't piggyback on ConnDOT orders for whatever reason.
Would be interesting to see what a Xcelsior would look like in NTD colors though. |

They will but in CT Transit colors for Coastal Link and Route 7 Link. |

Actually in 2004 they got the O7s to replace the RTS and the 2005 Gillig LF to replace the fixibles |

the only time NTD wheels piggybacked on a order was the 1992 TMC RTS with GBT |

They should be out of service by now. All of them. The plan was to keep the Classics in service in place of them. I know New Haven dressed up a Classic in Shuttle colors to replace the El dorados. If there is any left after the Xcelsiors come in, then most likely to be replaced by Gillig 30'. |

Cool. But we're due 14 30' afaik, unless thats cancelled for the Xcelsiors. |

from what i heard there is going to be a order of diesels and a order of hybrids. hartford and new haven get the hybrids and stamford gets the diesels |

| EZ-Riders have been gone from Stamford for quite a while now too. (They used them on the 3 Commuter Connection shuttle routes, now they are using New Flyers D40LF's probably reallocated from routes that got the artic's.) |
