That is a fairly objective history....not just a fluff PR piece as you would expect on their website.
I am somewhat surprised that they mentioned that fierce fare war that they had with Greyhound before they got together to share revenue....

I remember prior to their running into NYC on their own, their buses from Amherst would be driven from Springfield to the Port by TNE (later Continental Trailways) drivers.
