Thanks to the efforts of Ray DiNicolo of GMOldLookBus, we capture on film a treasure trove of surface transit as it was in New York City in 1941.

You'll want to see this one over and over again.

My hat comes off to Ray for this great find.

MANY THANKS! Couldn't agree more! What a slice of history!

It's all there, short of an appearance by Ethel Merman!

Amending, 1052 HR. Had a friend review this, too. For myself, I was a bit startled at clips of a jet aircraft and a rocket ship device.
My friend reported back he thinks the footage is, in fact, ca. 1950.

The short feature film remains quite good! My friend also reports the films were originally intended for use in school class rooms...
