Long Island, while having a huge business potential, also has a vehicular traffic nightmare, that discourages inter-city bus travel. The LIRR IMHO, is really the only way to go.

That MC-7 approaching on 42nd street looks to me like a Carey, on its way to either the West Side Airlines Terminal or Newark Airport. Greyhound owned Carey, Gray Line, and Walter's Transit ...
